IntroductionEffective communication is the cornerstone of a positive and productive learning environment. However, when communication breaks down, students can suffer greatly, particularly in terms of their confidence. Poor communication from teachers, parents, or peers can lead to confusion, misunderstandings, and unmet expectations, ultimately eroding a student’s faith in themselves and their abilities. This erosion of confidence can have far-reaching consequences, affecting not only academic performance but also emotional well-being and future opportunities. This discussion explores the profound impact of poor communication on student confidence, highlighting the need for educators and support systems to prioritize clear, empathetic, and effective communication.

Objective: To examine how poor communication adversely impacts student confidence, hindering their academic and personal growth.
