Title: “Glitches in Professor interaction during Online Lecture”

Introduction: The Impact of Covid has been huge which result for everyone to go on online mode. Where everyone faced lots of problems which also impacted on education of students. Before covid schools, colleges and classes were prime places for study and to gain knowledge but now here are the problems which are even now faced during online lectures.
Objective: To understand the communication problem faced by Professor and Students during Online Lectures.
Literature Review:
Ambika Selvaraj, Radhin Vishnub, Nithin KA, Noel Benson, Arun Jo Mathew. (2021) conducted a research which showed that how online mode impacted the education.
Online Education during the Pandemic:
Summarize studies that discuss the rapid transition to online education due to the pandemic. Highlight challenges faced by educational institutions in adapting to this new mode of teaching and learning.
Professor’s Perspective:
Discuss research findings that focus on the experiences and challenges faced by professors during the shift to online teaching. Address factors like technological proficiency, pedagogical adjustments, workload changes, and the effectiveness of various online teaching methods.
Student’s Perspective:
Summarize studies that delve into students’ experiences with online learning. Explore topics such as the level of engagement, access to technology and resources, challenges in maintaining motivation, and the impact of remote learning on academic performance and mental well-being.
Lokanath Mishra, Tushar Gupta, Abha Shree, (2020)- conducted a research which showed that how online mode impacted the education. The paper employs both quantitative and qualitative approach to study the perceptions of teachers and students on online teaching-learning modes and also highlighted the implementation process of online teaching-learning modes.
Data Collection:
Based on the above problem following question were asked to the students of Kohinoor Business School and Kohinoor Management School based on “Likert Scale”.
- I felt reluctant to raise Questions.
- I had not received professors’ feedback when I posted Questions in chatroom.
- I experienced misunderstandings while important announcement made by professor.
- I felt difficulties in understanding the concepts.
- I experienced one way communication.
100 students were asked question and did the survey.
For each question: – Mean, Standard Deviation, Standard Error and Z has been Calculated
