Introduction-
Conducted a survey using Google Forms to understand which specialization people prefer the most. The data was collected from around 30 participants, mainly students, to identify current trends in specialization choices. The results show that Marketing is the most preferred specialization, followed closely by Finance. Operations has a moderate level of interest, while Human Resource (HR) is the least preferred among the respondents. Overall, the research indicates that most people are more interested in Marketing and Finance, as these fields are seen to offer better career growth and opportunities.
Objective-To compare four types of Specialization by the way of one- way ANOVA
Literature Review-
Title: MBA Experience and Career Impact: A Student Perspective
The study by Patrícia Teixeira Maggi da Silva and Arilda Schmidt Godoy explores how MBA students and alumni feel about their course, what they learn, and how it affects their careers. The findings show that most students believe an MBA helps them gain practical knowledge, improve management skills, and increase confidence in decision-making.Manyrespondents shared that the course had a positive impact on their professional growth, such as better job opportunities, promotions, and higher salaries. However, some also felt that the real value of an MBA depends on how well the knowledge is applied in real-life situations. Overall, the study highlights that an MBA is not just about academic learning but also about personal and career development
Title:–“The New Face-to-Face Education: A Study on Scalable Live Engagement in Modern Learning”
The study by Larry DeBrock explains how education is evolving with the help of technology. Traditional classroom teaching is now being combined with digital tools to create a more interactive and engaging learning experience. This concept, known as scalable live-engagement, allows teachers to connect with a large number of students while still maintaining personal interaction.Previous research also supports that technology-based learning improves student participation, flexibility, and accessibility. Live online sessions, hybrid classrooms, and digital platforms help students learn more effectively compared to only traditional methods. The literature highlights that this modern approach not only enhances learning outcomes but also makes education more adaptable to current needs. Overall, scalable face-to-face education is seen as a future-oriented model that balances human interaction with technological advancement

I applied ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) to check whether there is a significant difference in preferences among the four specializations: Marketing, Finance, HR, and Operations.
Interpretation
Since the p-value (0.34) is greater than 0.05, it means:
There is no statistically significant difference in the preferences of the different specializations.
Data collection-
The data for this research was collected through a structured questionnaire created using the Google Forms platform. The form was shared online with respondents, mainly students, to gather their preferences regarding different specializations. A total of around 30 responses were collected. The method used was simple random sampling, and all responses were recorded automatically in an Excel sheet for easy analysis. This method helped in collecting data quickly, accurately, and in a cost-effective way.
Conclusion
The Excel data shows that most respondents prefer Marketing and Finance as their specialization choices, while Operations has moderate interest and HR is the least preferred. Overall, the data suggests that students are more inclined towards fields that offer better career growth and opportunities.
