Introduction
Exam stress is a common problem for students. I feel pressure to get good marks. Sometimes I feel nervous before exams. This stress affects my concentration while studying.
objective:
1.To study the level of exam stress among students.
2.T0 identify the major factors that cause exam stress.
3.To examine how exam stress affects students academic performance and concentration.
4.To explore possible ways to reduce exam stress among students.
literture review
According to Xiaoyan Duan, positive psychological hints can help reduce exam stress among adolescents. The study explains that encouraging thoughts and supportive guidance can improve students’ confidence and help them manage stress during examinations.
A study by Nenad Simić and Ivana Manenica(2012)examined students’ experiences during exams and their reactions to exam stress. The research found that exam situations often create emotional and physical stress responses among students.
For our problem we framed following 5 question to be Asked on likert scale
Question statement:
1.I feel stressed during exams.
2.I feel nervous before the exam.
3.I worry about my marks.
4.I find it difficult to concentrate while studying.
5.I feel pressure to perform well in exams.
Data collection:
google form was framed with linear option, 1 as strongly disagree and 5 as strongly agree for each question the Google form was personally shared with classmate/colleague in confidence after surveying 100 people/person response are downloaded in Excel sheet for each question meam, standard deviation and standard error and t state were calculated

Conclusion:
people felt stressed during exams
people felt nervous before the exam
people worried about their marks
people found it difficult to concertrate while studying
people felt preesure to perform well in exams
