Introduction
YES Bank Ltd is one of India’s prominent private sector banks, established in 2004 with a focus on corporate, retail, and digital banking services. The bank offers a wide range of financial products including corporate banking, retail banking, MSME financing, treasury operations, and wealth management services. Over the years, YES Bank expanded rapidly, positioning itself as a technology-driven and customer-centric institution. Despite facing significant financial stress during 2019–2020, the bank underwent a structured reconstruction led by the Reserve Bank of India, resulting in improved governance, strengthened capital structure, and renewed investor confidence. Today, YES Bank continues its efforts toward balance sheet stability, risk management, and sustainable growth within India’s competitive banking sector.
