Introduction

The COVID-19 pandemic caused unprecedented disruptions across global supply chains. Even in the post-COVID phase, industries continue to face challenges such as demand-supply imbalance, transportation delays, supplier unreliability, and rising logistics costs. This study examines how post-COVID supply chain disruptions have impacted operational efficiency, cost structures, and overall business performance.

Objective

To analyze the impact of post-COVID supply chain disruptions on operational efficiency, cost, and reliability from the perspective of respondents.

Data Collection

Primary data was collected using a structured questionnaire based on a 5-point Likert scale. Responses were coded as 5 for Strongly Agree, 4 for Agree, 3 for Neutral, 2 for Disagree, and 1 for Strongly Disagree. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics and t-test analysis.
