Introduction:-

Bonbon: A popular cream-filled biscuit, known for its crispy texture and sweet creamy centre, often available in various flavours like chocolate or vanilla. It’s a favourite treat among children.

Jimjam: These are sandwich biscuits with a layer of fruity jam and cream, encased in crunchy cookies. They are sweet, colourful, and often decorated with sugar crystals.

Oreo: One of the world’s most famous biscuits, Oreo consists of two chocolate wafers with a sweet crème filling in between. Known for its “twist, lick, dunk” ritual, it’s a classic across many countries.

Dark Fantasy: A premium offering by ITC, Dark Fantasy is a rich, indulgent chocolate-filled biscuit with a soft, molten chocolate centre and crispy outer shell. It’s marketed as a luxurious, indulgent treat.

 

 

Objective:- To compare these 4 items of Biscuit.

 

Data Collection:- The data is taken from 4 Biscuit brands and asked 30 friends to rate them on a scale of 10.

The ANOVA table shows the results of the analysis. The Between Groups Source of Variation has a sum of squares (SS) of 231.95 and 3 Degrees of freedom which results in a mean square (MS) of 77.31. The within groups of (SS) has 775.03 which has a small f crit of 10.375. This indicates a statistically significant difference between the means of the groups.

H0= All are the same

H1=anyone of them is different

The P value is 4.95 which is greater than 0.05 which means we have to accept the null hypothesis with the degree of freedom (df) of 3 is 104.

 

Conclusion:- H0 which means all 4 Biscuits are the same.
