HYPOTHESIS:

H0(Null Hypothesis): – There is no significant difference in the consumer ratings among the four Mobile brands all ratings are the same.

H1 (Alternative Hypothesis): At least one Mobile brand’s consumer rating is significantly different from the others.

  • P-value = 0.43
  • F critical = 2.68

  • F-value = 0.92
  • If the F-value is less than the critical value, we accept the null hypothesis. If the F-value is greater than the critical value, we select the alternative hypothesis.
If the P-value is less than the significance level (0.05), we reject the null hypothesis. If the P-value is greater than 0.05, we accept the null hypothesis.

CONCLUSION:

Since the P-value (0.43) is greater than 0.05 and the F-value (0.92) is less than 2.68, we accept the null hypothesis. This indicates no significant difference in consumer ratings among IPHONE,VIVO,OPPO,SAMSUNG.
