Flagship Smartphones

INTRODUCTION:

This report analyzes the technical performances of four smartphones using one-way ANOVA to determine if there are significant differences in their technical abilities. By examining these performances, we aim to understand the unique attributes each smartphone contributes to their craft and identify areas for improvement. The findings will enhance our understanding of user preference and inform performance evaluation in the smartphone industry.

OBJECTIVE: To compare the technical performances of four smartphones i.e., Google Pixel, Apple iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, and OnePlus in the category of technical ability and user preference, with the aim of identifying significant differences in their appeal and performance quality.

DATA COLLECTION: To gather relevant data, a survey was done in a finance class on a scale of ten. Participants rated each singer on a scale of 1 to 10, allowing us to capture their opinions and ratings related to four smartphones, The collected data was then analyzed to assess differences in ratings among the four smartphones, providing insights into their relative strengths and areas for user preference.

CONCLUSION: As the P-value of the hypothesis is 0.026508 is less than 0.5 we accept the Alternate hypothesis meaning any one of them is different.

Based on the ANOVA results, there is sufficient evidence to conclude that there are significant differences in user preference scores among the four smartphone genres. This suggests that at least one of the groups (IOS or Android) have significantly different average technical scores.
