Introduction – Difficulty in time management during a project often arises from inadequate planning, unexpected delays and the challenge of balancing multiple tasks. This can lead to missed deadlines and increased stress, impacting project quality.
Objective – To understand the underlying issues of difficulty in time management during a project.
Literature Review –
- Nzewi & et al. (2016), Survey research design was employed and data were analyzed using mean and standard deviation. Z- test statistics was used to test the formulated hypothesis at 5% level of significance. The findings revealed that apart from time management, family workload and other psychological factors also affect the project quality.
 - Priyadarshini & et al. (2022), survey states that students find it difficult to manage time during a project because they are stressed and overwhelmed. They also have bad study habits and often procrastinate their work.

Data Collection – To understand the above stated problem of difficulty in time management during a project , we have framed the following five questions on Likert Scale.
- I was able to balance my time effectively between multiple tasks.
 - I often felt overwhelmed by the deadlines I had to meet.
 - I had enough time to plan and execute my work without rushing.
 - I frequently prioritized less important tasks over urgent ones.
 - I managed to meet all my project deadlines without last minute stress.

We conducted a primary survey using Google forms and surveyed 124 students.
For each of the questions Mean, Standard Deviation, Standard Error and Z score were calculated using MS-Excel.
