Introduction:

This study explores the effect of professional attire on students, focusing on its influence on confidence, academic performance, and peer perceptions. By using a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods, including surveys and interviews, the research aims to examine how formal clothing impacts students’ behaviour and success. The report outlines the research design, data collection techniques, and analysis methods, ensuring reliability and insight into how attire shapes student outcomes.

Objective:

To understand the underlying phenomenon of effect of professional attire on students.

Review:

The study explored how personal presentation affects perceptions of job candidates. It found that grooming and professional attire are most important, with faculty favouring conservative clothing while students and industry professionals preferred trendy outfits.

 Data Collection:

 A structured questionnaire consisting of five questions was developed to gather data from ITM College students using a Likert scale format. The survey was administered to [insert number of respondents] participants, ensuring a representative sample.

Following data collection, we calculated the mean, median, and mode for each question, along with Z-scores to assess the standard deviation of responses. These statistical analyses provided insights that informed the subsequent findings and conclusions of this research

Conclusions:

  1. Students Felt more Confident in Professional Attire.
  2. Students Self-Esteem Increased in Professional Attire.
  3. Students felt more Professional in Professional Attire.
  4. Students noticed Increase in Unity with Peers in Professional Attire.
  5. Professional Attire made Students feel more Disciplined.
