INTRODUCTION:

As we know that, since last few years the online food industry has grown up very rapidly as it is very easy to order food through different apps. The number of users is increasing rapidly and hence it is important to understand online food delivering experience of an user.

OBJECTIVE:

To know the user experience while using the food delivering app.

DATA COLLECTION:

  •  The survey was conducted among 100 hostel students to gather insights about with the online food delivering platforms.
  • The data collection was carried out using a Google Form.
  • The survey contained five carefully designed questions that aimed to capture the students satisfaction levels.
  • Questions were formed as “I strongly agree, agree, neutral, disagree & strongly disagree” for each question.
  • The questions covered key aspects like the time taken to deliver the food, prioritizing hygiene over speed of delivery, refund in case of inconvenience, also the interface of the app.
  • Responses were collected in order to know the overall perspective.
  • This data was then compiled and analyzed to identify how public feels about the online food delivering platforms.

 CONCLUSION:

  1.  Students get the delivery on time.
  2. Students prioritize food handling over the speed of food delivery.
  3. Students get the refund in case of any type of inconvenience.
  4. Students payment information is secure.
  5. Students agree that app interface is user friendly.
