Introduction

Students can integrate exercise into their busy schedules by scheduling, planning, and utilizing convenient options, accountability, and time-efficient strategies to enhance physical fitness, academic performance, and mental well-being. By incorporating these strategies, students can effectively integrate exercise into their lives, enhancing physical fitness, academic outcomes, and mental well-being.

Objective

Students can integrate exercise into busy schedules to boost fitness, academics, and mental well-being.

Literature review

  • According to Emre Bilgin 1 , Yeşim Bulca 2 , Gıyasettin Demirhan 3,”There is statistically meaningful, positive but weak correlation between physical activity, academic achievement, and academic self-concept level.”
  • According to Marrero-Rivera, J P; Sobkowiak, Olivia; Jenkins, Aimee Sgourakis; Bagnato, Stefano J; Kline, Christopher E; Gordon, Benjamin DH; Taverno Ross, Sharon E. Children,”This research found substantial evidence that physical activity and fitness are both positively associated with cognitive and academic outcomes.”

Following questions were framed on liked scale with the help of google forms. 

Q1. I prioritize physical fitness in my daily routine.

Q2. I feel motivated to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Q3. I am satisfied with my current level of physical fitness.          

Q4. Exercising regularly improves my academics performance.

Q5. I believe in maintaining good physical health positively impacts my mental well          being.

Students of ITM Business School were surveyed. For every question, mean, standard error, and Z value was calculated.
