- Kahn(2022) et al stated that Despite efforts to support these students, societal barriers such as unequal access to resources persisted, negatively impacting students’ access to study spaces, internet, and peer support. However, the loss of traditional laboratories did not significantly affect students’ motivation or self-efficacy, highlighting the need for addressing structural inequalities and implementing pedagogical changes for equitable outcomes in STEM education.
 - Hannah(2017) discusses the prevalence of online learning among adult learners and the unique challenges they face, highlighting advantages like flexibility and disadvantages such as lack of face-to-face interaction. Results and implications are discussed, with recommendations provided for practitioners and policymakers in adult online education.
