Experience of students due to shortage of computers in our campus

TITLE –EXPERIENCE OF STUDENTS DUE TO SHORTAGE OF COMPUTER IN OUR CAMPUS.

INTRODUCTION:- In today’s tech-driven world, having access to computers is crucial for students. However, some campuses face a shortage of computers, which can affect students’ education. Let’s discuss the experiences and challenges students go through when there aren’t enough computers available, highlighting the importance of addressing this issue for equitable access to education.

OBJECTIVE–To understand the phenomenon experience of students due to shortage of computer in our campus.

LITERATURE REVIEW :-

  1. Impact on Students:

How the shortage affects students’ access to essential resources.Implications for academic performance, especially in technology-dependent courses.Psychological and emotional impact on students who struggle to access computers.

  1. Causes of Computer Shortage:

Budget constraints and resource allocation.Rapid technological advancements and hardware obsolescence.Increased demand for computers due to online learning and digital assignments.

 

DATA COLLECTION :-The following five question were prepared on Likert scale, and responses were collected using google form.

  1. I struggle to complete assignments.
  2. I experience submission delays due to computer shortages.
  3. I face limited access to computers.
  4. I encounter frustration with technology.
  5. My academic work is affected.

DATA ANALYSIS :-The data so collected was then download in excel. Mean ,Standard Error and Z value were calculated .
