The COVID-19 pandemic had a significant impact on the global economy. For small- and medium-sized businesses, particularly in the handicraft sectors, it was exceptionally difficult to maintain operations during a global crisis. Without crisis management plans in place, business owners run the risk of having their operations abruptly terminated. Therefore, the researchers sought to comprehend and study the factors that led to the shutdown and departure strategies of microenterprises (in the handicraft sector) during the pandemic. To conclude this study was based on all criteria like samping,research and statistical tools.

This research aims at producing a thorough and accurate analysis on how big data as a service and business intelligence capabilities provide a series of opportunities for small and medium enterprises to succeed in E-commerce. The statistical data were drawn from samples of accountants within small and medium enterprises, spanning two periods, the period of COVID-19 pandemic and the period of new normal. The structural equation modeling was applied in this study. The value of fine-grained insights in this work could guide policy-makers and practitioners to sense and seize how to implement E-commerce in an efficient and effective manner.To conclude the researchers to produce more robust empirical results and minimize potential sample biases, reflecting the complex and dynamic characteristics of the market using recent technologies.

In conclusion, the study highlights the significant impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the work efficiency of factory workers. The findings indicate a decrease in work efficiency after the lockdown, coupled with an increase in employee stress. This concludes that the pandemic has brought about unique challenges for factory workers that need to be addressed to maintain their well-being and productivity. This study emphasizes the importance of creating a supportive work environment that prioritizes the mental and physical health of employees, especially during times of crisis.

These industries are regarded as the backbone of the country’s economy. MSMEs became major victims of the lockdown due to coronavirus disease (COVID-19), and this severely affected the global and Indian economy. There are many reports and articles which have briefly described the influence of COVID-19 pandemic on the Indian economy. But, there is a lack of studies that describe the proper mechanism of the impact of COVID-19, and on strategies to reduce the loss for the MSMEs. In this context the present study aims to assess the impact of COVID-19 on MSMEs and the prior strategies to reduce the business losses throughout these crises.

CONCLUSION
To conclude these paper’s demonstrates small business and their challenges during the corona virus pandemic in developing countries. Using different empirical reviews, WHO and other organizations reports/assessments, magazines, small business experiences and other related secondary data analyses, the researcher tried to interpret analyze and make reasonable conclusions about each small business challenges in the current crisis time. This study finds that doing business in this COVID-19 pandemic time is very challenging and has a dangerous impact on small businesses, worker life as well as the country’s overall economy.
