Loyalty platforms are designed to increase customer loyalty and thus increase consumers’ attraction to purchase by managers . Although successful in increasing brand reach and sales, these platforms fail to meet their primary objective due to a lack of incentives and encouragement for customers to return.To conclude with it there is a need for a generic platform capable of creating and managing different loyalty programs, regardless of the size of the business.

Alongside other automation trends such as machine learning, blockchain will lead to more and more transactional-level accounting being done—but not by accountants. Instead, successful accountants will be those that work on assessing the real economic interpretation of blockchain records, marrying the record to economic reality and valuation. For example, blockchain might make the existence of a debtor certain, but its recoverable value and economic worth are still debatable.  To conclude  an asset’s ownership might be verifable by blockchain records.

After first reviewing how these systems operate, this paper analyzes the costs and savings of integrating the common billing, lab results, and diagnostic imaging (BLD) functions of these separate systems using free and open-source software and proposes a system for this, HermesAPI. In conclusion is it is ane efficient system for managers.

Women managers have faced disproportionate negative health and economic impacts from COVID-19. This study explores gender differences in work-life balance among female and male public affairs faculty during the pandemic.To conclude it was mentioned that policies should be created that require tenure committees to disregard “gaps” for such reasons as maternity leave, pandemic leave, mental health leave, or other reasons, and instead focus on productivity during active tenure years. It is imperative that these intentional policies are adopted by institutions within academia to lessen the burden shouldered by female public affairs faculty.

This study aimed to study the influence of the interactive budget on enterprise innovation performance from the perspective of managerial psychology, and to examine the mediating effect of managers’ stress and the moderating effect of environmental turbulence in this influence. Managers can relieve the role stress through the job resources provided by the interactive budget so that they can respond to the innovation demand of enterprises with more adequate resources and promote the innovation performance of enterprises. To conclude with the negative relationship with the role stress of managers is more significant in high-tech enterprises than in other types of enterprises.

Research suggests that teacher competence on issues such as cultural intelligence and avoidance of bias were critical bearing factors for the quantity and quality of family involvement . A study by Herman and Reinke (2017) found that where teachers had ample training that improved their perception of family involvement, the families were more involved, and their involvement had better results.

This study presented the correlation between the amount of loan granted to microenterprise and the number of individual CPA accredited by the BIR to practice audit of the financial statements. Descriptive correlation analyses indicated that the significant correlation exists between the two variables. It can be concluded that the approval and disapproval of the loans was not affected by the type of auditor whether big audit firm or small audit firm including sole practitioners.  To conclude the results of the quantitative analyses are supported by the qualitative analyses using phenomenological inquiries on the perspective of the bank/loan officers on the quality of the audit of the financial statements performed by sole practitioners.
