Title: Comparison of 4 investment option.
Author: Kalpana Ghongade ( Roll no.: 0222016)
Introduction:
I compare the Mutual fund, share market, real estate and saving account. A mutual fund is a pool of money managed by a professional Fund Manager. It is a trust that collects money from a number of investors who share a common investment objective and invests the same in equities, bonds, money market instruments and/or other securities. The share market is a platform where buyers and sellers come together to trade on publicly listed shares during specific hours of the day. Real estate investment is the practice of purchasing property as an investment rather than as a primary residence, in order to generate income. A savings account is an interest-bearing deposit account held at a bank or other financial institution
Objective:
To compare the 4 investment option.
Data collection:
The data was gathered through a paper-based survey from a sample of size 25. This randomly selected sample comprised the students of Kohinoor Business School, who participated in the research and filled out the survey. These students graded the four investment option (Mutual fund, share market, real estate and saving account) out of 10.
