Introduction :- Juice is a drink made from the extraction or pressing of the natural liquid contained in fruit.Juice is commonly consumed as a beverage or used as an ingredient or flavoring in foods or other beverages, as for smoothies. Juice emerged as a popular beverage choice after the development of pasteurization methods enabled its preservation.
Literature Review:- This study aimed Decades of research have found that fruits and vegetables are crucial dietary components that can help to reduce the risk for numerous chronic diseases which, in many cases, have been shown to be initiated by long term inflammation. Fruit juices contain low sodium and high potassium which help in maintaining normal blood pressure and absence of fat in fruit juices is beneficial for the cardiovascular system. Many reports have revealed that fruit juices may play an important role in slowing the progress of Alzheimer’s disease and development of cancer
Objectives: To compare the orange juice,mango juice, lemon juice,litchi juice and to test the hypothesis.
H0: All juice are same.
H1: Any one of the juice is different.
Data Collection: The data was collected in the class and the students of the class were told to grade from scale 1 to 10 and from this ANOVA was calculated.

Conclusion: As calculated F is less than table F, reject H1, accept H0, Which means All are same.
