Introduction
The Covid 19 pandemic has posed significant challenges for the customers all over India. Constant lockdowns and curfews made purchasing products from physical stores a daunting task. Large portion of population used online shopping sites for first time. Our purpose of selecting this topic is to collect the customer’s experience about the online shopping during covid 19 pandemic and find out what they think about the certain aspect of the Online Shopping in Covid Era. We mainly focused on the parameters such as product availability, Pricing, Timely delivery, and safety majors taken by the online shopping sites.
Data Collection
To collect the data from sample population we used following questions on Likert scale
1. I preferred to purchase from online store during pandemic.
2. I experienced shortage of essential products
3. I experienced prices of groceries was hiked
4. Order delivery was always on-time
5. I felt that safety measures taken for delivery were effective
We circulated the google form with above questions in ITM business school and collected 100 responses. We mapped the received responses to scale of 1 to 5

Conclusion
1. People preferred shopping online during the Covid 19 pandemic. Collected data shows that the people agree with z score of 8.44 which is above 1.96.
2. The response was neutral for the question about the shortage of essential products. Z score was 1.54 which is between 1.96 and -1.96
3. People experienced the grocery price hiked during the pandemic. Data shows that people agree with z score of 7.62
4. People experienced that deliveries were rarely on time during the Covid 19 pandemic. Data shows that the people disagree with the question. Z score is -3.22 which is below -1.96
5. People were satisfied with safety measures taken for delivery by online stores. Data shows that people agree with z score of 6.13
