INTRODUCTION:

  1. Zepto is a pioneering quick-commerce platform transforming India’s shopping landscape. Founded in 2021 by Aadit Palicha and Kaivalya Vohra, Zepto delivers groceries, essentials, and medicines within 10 minutes. With $160 million funding from Y Combinator, Nexus Venture Partners and Glade Brook Capital, Zepto prioritizes speed, convenience, and affordability. Operating in Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, and other cities, Zepto’s innovative logistics ensure rapid delivery, captivating urban shoppers seeking hassle-free experiences.
  2. Dunzo is India’s trailblazing hyperlocal delivery platform. Established in 2014 by Kabeer Biswas, Mukund Jha, Dalvir Suri, and Ankit Gupta, Dunzo provides same-day delivery for groceries, medicines, food, and electronics. Supported by Google, Reliance Jio and Lightbox, Dunzo operates across 35 cities. Its robust logistics network ensures efficient, reliable service. Dunzo’s user-friendly interface and diverse partnerships enhance customer convenience, solidifying its market leadership.
  3. Blinkit, formerly Grofers, is India’s leading quick-commerce platform. Founded by Albinder Dhindsa in 2013, Blinkit guarantees 10-minute delivery for groceries, electronics, and essentials. Backed by $700 million funding from Zomato, Premji Invest and Chiratae Ventures, Blinkit operates in 12 cities. Its proprietary logistics technology optimizes delivery routes, minimizing waiting times. Blinkit’s extensive product range, competitive pricing and swift service captivate urban shoppers seeking seamless experiences.
  4. Instamart is Swiggy’s innovative quick-commerce venture, launched in 2020. Delivering groceries, essentials, and medicines within 15-30 minutes, Instamart operates in 25 cities. Funded by Naspers, Meituan-Dianping and Wellington Management, Instamart leverages Swiggy’s logistics expertise. Its seamless integration with Swiggy’s food delivery enhances customer convenience. Instamart prioritizes affordability, quality, and speed, transforming India’s shopping landscape with efficient, reliable services.

 

OBJECTIVES: To compare the rating of 4 Quick commerce companies.

 

 

DATA ANALYSIS:

 

Data Collection:

The data was collected by asking and noting it in a notebook the rating was given on a scale of 1 to 10 of 4 Quick commerce companies by 25 students of my class. Then note them down into Excel where I arranged them then make an Anova 1 factor or single factor table from the data analysis tool.

In the given table the p-value is less than 0.05 which means it rejects null hypothesis.
