( Murdock , 2020)
An evaluation of videos in an online Excel course with embedded learning analytics found that students used the videos minimally, with the most engaged group only watching a portion of the time. The study recommended improvements such as shortening video length, enhancing technical quality, and refining content to increase engagement.

To understand the underlying issues regarding whether online Excel classes help students improve their Excel skills, 5 questions were framed using a Likert scale. A survey was conducted through Google Forms among 100 students of ITM college. For each question, the mean, standard deviation, standard error and z-score were calculated.
