Introduction:
Hybrid work culture is a flexible work model that combines remote and in-office work, allowing employees to choose where they perform their tasks. While this model enhances work-life balance and can boost productivity, it also introduces challenges related to communication, team cohesion, and equitable access to resources.
Objective:
To understand the underlined phenomena of Hybrid work culture.
Literature Review:
Article 1– Research suggests that hybrid work can significantly enhance work-life balance. Improved work-life balance can lead to reduced stress, increased job satisfaction, and higher overall well-being.
Article 2– Hybrid work can reduce commuting and flexible schedules benefitting the physical health, sedentary lifestyles and social isolation challenges. Encouraging physical activity, maintaining a healthy work environment, and promoting social connections can mitigate potential negative effects on physical health.
Data Collection:
To understand the problem 5 questions were framed on Likert Scale. Google forms were used and students of ITM were surveyed. For each question mean, standard deviation, standard error and z was calculated.
