Introduction: We are conducting a research study to gain insights into people preferences and behaviors related to fast food consumption. The responses will remain anonymous and conditional and will only be used for the purpose of this research.

Objective: To understand the issues of Impact of eating fast food on our health.

Literature review:

  1. Fast food increases fatty liver risk
  • In the research paper, Burba,kate (feb 2023) collected data from university of southern keck school of medical which performed by ANI cardician and colleagues analyzed 3954 adults. Consumption at least 2% of daily calories from fast food correlated with an increase in the risk of non alcoholic fatty liver disease, If the fast food were eliminated one in six case of fatty liver could be prevented wrong people with diabetes and obesity.
  1. Snacking consumption among Adults in the United States
  • In the research paper, Enriques, Jean pierre(2023) collected data that daily food selection can be a complicated process driven by a variety of element, Although test price healthfullnesss conveniences are major driver of food choices. On an average U.S. Adults snack between 1.5 and 3 times per dat, one study differentiated between healthy and unhealthy snacking. As part of adult diet snacks provide energy and help increase consumption of critical nutrients.

Data collection: To understand the underlying issues of impact of “ How fast food affects our health”

The following is the questionnaire in which we surveyed 100 students from the college campus

  1. It doesn’t provide nutrition to our body.
  2. It causes various stomach issues like Acidity.
  3. It contains lots of refined oil.
  4. I think the frequency of consuming fast food (samosa) in metrocity is very high.
  5. I often choose fast food (samosa) instead of homemade food.

On being surveyed by 100 students within the campus, we found out the following data :

Conclusion :

Question 1: Students are disagree that it doesn’t provide nutrition to our body.

Question 2: Students are disagree that it causes stomach issues like acidity.

Question 4: Students are disagree that the frequency of consuming fast food in metro city is very high.

Question 5: Students are disagree that they often choose fast food over homemade food.
