Views and reviews:
Jubilant FoodWorks, India’s largest foodservice company (₹1392.50/share, ₹61422.24 Cr market cap) operating Domino’s, Dunkin’, Popeyes, and homegrown brands, reported a profit of ₹515.8 Cr (FY23). While it boasts a strong brand portfolio, extensive network, and tech-driven operations, its dependence on a few major brands, competitive landscape, and potential for food safety issues remain concerns.
Opportunities lie in new market/segment expansion, the growing online food delivery market, and menu innovation. However, rising food costs, fierce competition, and changing consumer preferences pose threats. Overall, Jubilant FoodWorks is a well-established player, but navigating a changing foodservice landscape is crucial for sustained success.
