Objectives: – To understand the underlying phenomena of this problem.
Literature review: – McDonald’s, common customer concerns include issues with order accuracy, service speed, and occasionally food quality. Data Collection-
- I am satisfied with the variety of menu options at McDonald’s.
- McDonald’s provides a convenient and efficient ordering process.
- The quality of McDonald’s food meets your expectations.
- Self-service is a convenient way to provide food.
- McDonald’s maintains a consistent standard across different locations.
These 5 questions are asked in goggle form to students and for every question standard deviation, standard error, mean and t-stat was calculated.
Data analysis-

Conclusion:
