Data analysis-

  • I am satisfied with the variety of menu options at McDonald’s.

            SD= 0.88   SE= 0.42   MEAN= 2.06   T-STAT= -4.5

      SD= 0.91   SE=0.47   MEAN=1.94     T-STAT= -4.37

  • The quality of McDonald’s food meets your expectations.

  • Self-service is a convenient way to provide food.

SD=1.01    SE=0.45   MEAN=2.21   T-STAT= -3.93

  • McDonald’s maintains a consistent standard across different locations.

SD=1.05    SE=0.51   MEAN= 2.06   T-STAT= -3.8

Conclusion:

  • I am satisfied with the variety of menu options at McDonald’s.

  • McDonald’s maintains a consistent standard across different locations.
  • T-stat is -3.8 which means we reject the null hypothesis, and it is negative less than 1.96. It means McDonald’s does not maintain a consistent standard across different locations.
