Title: Issues faced by usage of headphone

Introduction: The use of headphones has grown widespread in contemporary life, but it comes with a number of drawbacks, including significant health problems, social isolation, and detachment from the outside world.
Objective: To address and minimize health risks caused by excessive earphone use through education, awareness, and the promotion of healthier listening habits.

Ashok K, Babu M, Jula V, Mullai Nila K. (2021) This article addresses concerns regarding the impact of headphone use on auditory health, well-being, and safety. Hearing loss, ear infections, lower situational awareness, and the potential impact on brain health are all investigated. While convenient, users, particularly young people and adolescents, must be wary of these hazards and take efforts to mitigate potential negative repercussions.
Study on Health Impacts of Ear and Headphones among Students Lives in Chandigarh
Manoj Kumar, Sunny Sachdeva (2018) The Chandigarh study by Sachdeva and Kumar looked at earphone and headphone use among 100 pupils. Long-term device use was found to increase the risk of hearing loss, tinnitus, and ear problems. To address health issues, they emphasized teaching young individuals on safe listening practices such as taking breaks, controlling volume, and selecting appropriate earphones.

1.People’s approach towards getting migraine after using headphones for too long is Neutral
2.People’s productivity is affected in a neutral way by frequent use of headphone.
3.People do not hurt their eardrums by using loud headphones
4.People’s approach towards getting addicted towards headphone is positive
5.People responded positively as headphones do disrupt sleeping pattern.
