MANAGEMENT EDUCATION – BUILDING SUCCESSFUL CAREER IN THE CORPORATE WORLD.
Neeraj Patharkar (2020) says that Internationalisation, cross-cultural collaboration, strategic alliances, partnerships, and mergers are the current trends in management education, which is going through a significant shift in India. We need CEOs with top-tier talent if the Indian manufacturing sector is to compete on a global scale. India needs to overhaul and revitalise the education system in general and the management education system in particular if it wants to be a worldwide leader and capitalise on its enormous demographic dividend. The management schools should strive for qualitative development so that its students can find work whenever and anyplace. Indian management education must emulate the best global universities if it is to foster entrepreneurial skills, innovation, and visionary leadership.
MANAGEMENT EDUCATION – STRENGTHENING THE ECOSYSTEM OF BUSINESS EDUCATION, ORGANIZATION AND SOCIETY.
Renu Rana (2012) says that Targeting new competencies from both individuals and society as a whole should be the goal of management education. We also need to master the fundamental talents needed by the organisation, such as entrepreneurship, a spirit of cooperation, communication abilities and social skills in order to advance both as individuals and as a society, the capacity to independently plan and carry out their own work, collaborate with peers from diverse nationalities and cultures, and use new information and communication technology, language proficiency.
