Introduction:
Daily meditation can help you perform better at work! Research found that meditation helps increase your focus and attention and improves your ability to multitask. Meditation helps clear our minds and focus on the present moment – which gives you a huge productivity boost.
Objective:
To understand the effects that the regular practice of meditation has on the daily life of people and to understand their perceptions on meditation.
Literature Review:
1. We examined a prescribed mindfulness meditation regimen , which incorporates gamification principles, in reducing symptoms of depression compared to a control group. 2.The results show that the range of multifractal singularity spectrum of heartbeat interval time series during meditation is significantly narrower than those in the pre-meditation state of the same subject, which indicates that during meditation the heartbeat becomes regular and the degree of multifractality decreases.
