• Introduction:
Lack of motivation is a common issue that many college or academy students face during their academic journey. When students lack motivation, they may struggle to engage actively in their learning process, leading to lower grades and decreased learning outcomes. Additionally, lack of motivation can negatively impact a student’s overall well-being, leading to feelings of stress, anxiety, and frustration. However, there are several strategies that students can use to overcome this challenge and stay motivated. By setting achievable goals, finding meaning in their work, creating a supportive environment, taking breaks, and seeking help when needed, students can improve their academic performance, increase engagement, and enhance their overall well-being.
