There has been an increase in millet farming in the last few years due to the claim that it is a superfood, a diet for all human health problem, easily adjustable to poor climatic condition and Good for soil health too. The United Nations has also announced the year 2023 as the ‘International Year of the Millet’. But there is still huge gap between the government ambitions and the actual production of Millets in the India.
