This article’s main goal is to examine the kinds of information that applicant tracking systems (ATS) offer and how it helps decision-makers. The following tasks will help to achieve the goal: analysis of the key components of applicant tracking systems (ATS), analysis of the main functions of ATS (using BambooHR as an example), analysis of the data that ATS provides, analysis of advantages, and analysis of benefits from using ATS and the data they provide. The important findings include that ATS decreases human effort and frees up recruiters’ time.

5. Impact Of Experience With Changes:
This article investigates how two dependent variables are impacted by prior experience with change. The first of these is adaptability, which is a component of organizational ambidexterity. Organizational ambidexterity is the dynamic ability of organizations to balance exploitation (refining, use of existing knowledge) and exploration (experimenting, production of new knowledge, innovation) in order to succeed in changing settings. The second is organizational performance, which is determined through a subjective evaluation of four factors—financial outcomes, customer happiness, process improvement, and personnel development—in comparison to competitors. Using a questionnaire, a broader study on an organization’s ability for change was done among managers and employees of businesses operating in Bulgaria. Innovations in the educational process are the focus of the study. The study’s focus is on new developments in higher education’s educational system as well as the use of Microsoft platforms (Teams, Forms) to education. Online learning, classroom flipping, streaming video, educational technology, and project-based learning are all included in the created paradigm. 10. Conceptual Model For The Organization:

Modern methodologies and architectural management systems are required to process and analyses this data. Internet data must be organized and stored in repositories in order to accommodate its heterogeneous nature and specificity, where the data can be arranged according to a pre-established management model. In order to effectively manage data, this article provides a paradigm for structuring and storing metadata.
