Literature Review
1. The importance of various work aspects and their organizational consequences using Hofstede’s cultural dimensions
Based on a cross-national sample of over 5,000 employees representing 20 countries, the results uncover differential patterns of responses by cultural groupings. (Mejía et al, 1996)
2. Effects of Culture on Women Entrepreneur’s success:A Cross-Country Study
The value of designing such theoretical framework is the increase in knowledge with regard to cultural impact on women entrepreneurs’ success and the request for viable solutions to be designed by policy makers, which can help women entrepreneurship to grow.(Tomos et al,2020)
3. Entrepreneurship and Culture
The relative stability of differences in entrepreneurial activity across countries suggests that factors other than economic ones are at play (Freytag and Thurik, 2010). Cultural factors, as a subset of stable contextual factors, may play a role. (Roy Thurik & Marcus Dejardin, 2012)
4. Cross Cultural Peculiarities of Ukrainian Business Culture
It was reviewed and analyzed the classification of business cultures of G. Hofstede, namely, that business cultures of various countries can be classified according to the following parameters: 1) the ratio of individualism and collectivism, 2) power distance, 3) the relationship of masculinity and femininity in action, 4) relations to the uncertainty. It was founded the place of Ukrainian business culture in this classification and offered particular recommendations.( Tetyana Pavlivna, 2012)
5. Cultural Determinants Of Corruption and Bribery: A Cross- Country Comparison
Corruption and bribery are observed to be a common behavior not only in developing or transition economies also for all countries. Bribery is emerging as related to the societies? economic, political or cultural structures.(Mehmet Okan et al, 2015)
6. The Influence of the Ethnic Culture Specifics on the Organizational Culture of the Industrial Enterprise
At the industrial enterprise the following culture parameters were examined: Uncertainty Avoidance, Individualism, Power Distance, Term Orientation, Masculinity and they were compared with similar all-Russian data. The study showed close relationship between ethnic and organizational culture. This has led to the conclusion that the organizational culture management of industrial enterprise is based on personal and ethnical values and morals.( A.V. Erastova, 2016)
7. Culture in danger – Culture as a danger. Cultural heritage at the frontline of recent Worldwide conflicts
The phenomenon of cultural destruction is not new: the obliteration of historical and religious sites used to be a standard tactic of war, conducted through the ages and across various civilizations. The difference today is that we now acknowledge the importance of cultural sites as an intrinsic part of human heritage culture – a relatively recent phenomenon, dating only back to the early 19th century.( Anna Dal Maso, 2016)
8. Culture and collateral requirements : Evidence from developing countries
Additional analysis reveals that culture influences not only the likelihood to pledge collateral but also its type (movable versus non-movable) and its value relative to the value of the loan.( Panagiota Papadimitri et al, 2019)
9. How close ? An attempt at measuring the cultural distance between countries
On the basis of the data of the WVS, this procedure leads us to conclude that Italy and Poland, the two countries of interest in this study, are very close to each other in the European context.( Gustavo De Santis et al, 2014)
10. Students’ Cultural Background as a Determinant of Various Categories of Social Behaviour
Employing of Hofstede’s operationalization’s of national cultures, the students have been, in respect to culture they come from, grouped according to established dimensions: Individualism – Collectivism, Power Distance index, Uncertainty Avoidance index and Masculinity vs. Femininity.( Amel Alić et al,2022)
11. conclusion
According to the findings through the literature review I got to known that the cultural plays a major role in today world and because of differences in cultural it comes up with various challenges for entrepreneur , it may be employee working in internationally or specially women entrepreneur . cultural profoundly influences how people think, communicate, and behave. Italy and china as the crown of the most UNESCO world heritage sites.
