Opinion of Students About MBA

INTRODUCTION

Since we are MBA students. We wanted to know about the student opinions on doing MBA. We took survey of various students from MBA as well as other undergraduate and post graduate students using google forms. Where we questioned them on the aspects like growth, career, experience and the value of a management trainee in the corporate world.

DATA COLLECTION

we collected the required data from the students and converted it in the form of the likert scale.
The data was collected on the base of the following statements:
 MBA will increase the growth of my career.
 Doing MBA at a fresher level will boost my career.
 MBA is the only way to boost my career.
 MBA is a huge investment and a waste of money.
 MBA after 10 years of experience is of no use.
And the options to agree the above statements were given below with their respective likert score.

CONCLUSION

Here, if Z > 1.96 then students are agreed with the statement given. If Z < -1.96 then students do not agree with the statement given.

1) People strongly agreed that MBA will increase the growth of my career. As Z=10.91 which is more than 1.96.

2) People strongly agreed that Doing MBA at a fresher level will boost my career. As Z=6.19 which is more than 1.96.

3) People strongly disagreed that MBA is the only way to boost my career. As Z= (-4.29) which is less than (-1.96).

4) People strongly disagreed that MBA is a huge investment and a waste of money. As Z= (-4.94) which is less than (-1.96).

5) People disagreed that MBA after 10 years of experience is of no use. As Z= (-2.96) which is less than (-1.96).
