Introduction:
In the current scenario we can see that how people are burdened with work and to complete the entire work they have to stay up late at night or till very early in the morning.
Objective:
To determine whether the youth of today is aware of the affects of staying up late or night owling.
Data Collection:
The following 5 Qs. were framed on a Likert scale on a scale of 1-5 where 1 is for Strongly Disagree and 5 is for Strongly Agree
Questions are as follows:
1.Night owling has affected my physical health.
2. Night owling has reduced my effective time utilization.
3. Night owling has increased my dark circles.
4. Night owling has decreased my focus.
5. Night owling has broken my sleep cycle, essential for my day to day activities.
Data Analysis:
After receiving responses, we were able to come up with following analysis:
