3. Introduction
This is study which we are conducting to check a few hypotheses regarding customers experience with digital payments we have 5 hypothesis which are as follows –
1.I receive exactly what I ordered in the way I placed the order.
2.Service here is consistent every time I go.
3.I will recommend this place to my friends.
4.I have an excellent experience when I go to a canteen.
5.My experience with this canteen is bad.

4. Objective
The objective of this study was to understand the student experience with the canteen service.

5. Data collection
Data was gathered with the help of Google form, which were floated amongst students of ITM business school, Kharghar. A total of 100 students filled in their responses in the form. Here, we used the convenient sampling technique.
The form consisted of following questions –
1.I receive exactly what I ordered in the way I placed the order.
2.Service here is consistent every time I go.
3.I will recommend this place to my friends.
4.I have an excellent experience when I go to a canteen.
5.My experience with this canteen is bad.

7. Conclusion
● In question one, Z is equal to 0.762187551, which is between 1.96 & -1.96. Therefore, Students are Neutral about order placement.
● In question two, Z is equal to 1.426108666, which is between 1.96 & -1.96. Therefore, students are neutral with canteen services as they are consistent in their work.
● In question three, Z is equal to 1.719076462, which is between 1.96 & -1.96. Therefore, students are neutral with about this canteen and hence they will recommend this place their friends.
● In question four, Z is equal to 1.738312459, which is between 1.96 & -1.96. Therefore, students are neutral with their excellent experience about Canteen.
● In question five, Z is equal to 1.598502545, which is between 1.96 & -1.96. Therefore, students are neutral with their bad experience about Canteen.
