  4. ONE PLUS: – Co-founded by Pete Lau and Carl Pei in 2013, OnePlus is known for delivering high-performance smartphones with clean software and flagship features at competitive prices, often appealing to tech enthusiasts.

Objective: To compare the rating of 4 Smartphone companies.

Data Collection: The data was collected by asking and noting it in a notebook the rating was given on a scale of 1 to 10 of 4 Smartphone companies by 25 students of my class. Then note them down into Excel where I arrange them then make an ANOVA 1 factor or single factor table from the data analysis tool.

Data analysis: I have selected data which are put in a data analysis tool where I have found an ANOVA Single factor table.

The hypotheses for the test are:

  • Null Hypothesis (H0): There is no significant difference in the average ratings of IPHONE, SAMSUNG,REALME,ONE PLUS .
  • Alternate Hypothesis (H1) At least one of the genres has a significantly different average rating.

The results of the ANOVA: Single Factor test are as follows:

Since the P-value (0.0000159) is much smaller than the standard significance level of 0.05, we reject the null hypothesis.

Conclusion: There is at least one genre that has a significant difference in the ratings given by the students .
