To get started, simply download your bank’s app, register, and unlock a world of financial freedom at your fingertips. Remember, stay vigilant with strong passwords, and secure your device for a safe and seamless mobile banking experience.

Literature Review:

Mobile banking research paints a multifaceted picture. Studies highlight its convenience and accessibility, driving adoption especially among younger generations, and its potential to financial inclusion in unbanked regions. Security concerns remain a focus, with perceived ease of use and trust in security measures influencing adoption. Research delves into factors like technology acceptance models, trust, and financial literacy, uncovering diverse barriers and motivators across demographics and regions. Further studies explore the impact on banking behavior and financial well-being, with mixed results on responsible budgeting and potential risks of overspending. Overall, mobile banking research emphasizes its transformative potential while acknowledging the need for addressing security concerns, promoting financial literacy, and tailoring features to diverse user needs.

Data Collection:

A set of 5 Likert scale questions was created, and a survey was conducted with 100 individuals from the college.

  1. I’m having a hard time getting used to and accepting the way things are done in the new place.
  2. I find it challenging to get used to how people communicate in the new culture.
  3. Making good connections with people from the new culture is hard for me.
  4. I feel sure about being able to join and take part in social events or gatherings in the new culture.
  5. I find it hard to grasp and follow the way things are done at work or in school in the new place.

 

They were coded as: Strongly Disagree-1, Disagree-2, Neutral-3, Strongly Agree-4, Agree-5

Data Analysis:

  1. MEAN=72 SD= 0.95   SE= 0.10   T-STAT= 7.63
  2. MEAN= 88 SD= 0.93   SE= 0.09   T-STAT= 9.40
  3. MEAN= 58  SD= 1.03   SE= 0.10   T-STAT= 5.62
  4. MEAN= 3.39 SD= 1.01   SE= 10   T-STAT= 5.27
  5. MEAN= 39 SD= 1.08   SE= 0.11   T-STAT= 3.59

 

Conclusion:

  1. The mobile banking app is easy to navigate.
  • T-stat is 7.63 which is more than 1.96. It means people agree with the statement.

 

  1. Transactions on the mobile banking app are processed quickly.
  • T-stat is 9.40 which is more than 1.96. It means people agree with the statement.

 

  1. The user interface of the mobile banking app is visually appealing and user-friendly.
  •    T-stat is 5.62 which is more than 1.96. It means people agree with the statement.

 

  1. The notifications/alerts from the mobile banking app provide timely and relevant information.
  • T-stat is 5.27 which is more than1.96 and. It means people agree with the statement.

 

  1. The customer support provided by the mobile banking service is helpful and responsive.
  •     T-stat is 3.59 which is less than 1.96. It means people agree with the statement.
