Introduction:

In this research paper, we explore the sleep schedule of college going individuals. In this study we aim at understanding the diverse patterns and habits related to sleep among individuals. Sleep plays a crucial role in our overall health and well-being, influencing various aspects of our lives including cognitive function, mood, and physical health. By gathering information about different sleep schedules, routines, and preferences, we hope to gain valuable insights that can inform strategies for improving sleep quality and promoting healthier lifestyles.

Sleep problems are common and are likely to increase.1., 2., 3. Over the past few years, sleep quality among young adults has been decreasing, as revealed by several studies and reports. Greater academic and social pressures and irregular schedules render students susceptible to sleep disturbances and deprivation.
