As Indians, we all enjoy eating street food, but we worry about the quality of the food and whether it would compromise our health, So we performed a survey to determine the true issue.

INTRODUCTION:
Eating from an Indian street food cart may be a fun and bright experience. It provides a look into India’s rich culinary tradition, with a diverse range of flavours, aromas, and textures that are sure to tantalise your taste bud. However, the primary problem is that vendors do not care about the hygiene of the food, which can impact our health.
Literature review:
street food is a major public health risk. Microbiological contamination is the most important health hazard associated with street foods. Other possible health risks include:
- The use of unpermitted chemical additives
- Pesticide residues
- Transmission of parasites
- Environmental contamination
