Introduction:
Getting Educational loan have become a major concern in India. People are hit badly by various factors like interest rates, collateral limits and so on. This study will help to understand the common difficulties faced by the students in getting their educational loan in India.
Objective: To understand the difficulties faced by students in getting educational loan in India.
Data Collection: Data was gathered with the help of google form, which were floated amongst students of ITM B-School, Kharghar. A total of 100 students filled in their responses in the form. Here we used to convenient sampling techniques.
1.I went through rigorous documentation.
2.I was affected financially by the collateral limit.
3.The government loan portal was helpful.
4.The floating interest rate affected me.
5.There Was gender discrimination

In question (1) z (1.084) is between 1.96 & -1.96 So, we accept H0. Therefore, people are neutral towards rigorous documentation.

So, we accept H0. Therefore, people are neutral towards being financially affected by collateral limit.
In question (3) z (1.982) is >1.96So, we accept H1positively
Therefore, people agree that the government educational portal was useful.
In question (4) z (1.274) is between 1.96 & -1.96
So, we accept H0
Therefore, people are neutral towards they are being affected by floating interest rates.
In question (5) z (2.059) is >1.96So, we accept H1positively Therefore, people agree that they face gender discrimination while availing loan.
