Introduction:
A person who stays up late at night is a ‘Night Owl ’ and this phenomenon is known as “Night Owling”. Many recent studies suggest that people who are ‘night owls’ may face higher health risks.
Objective: To get people’s view on, ‘whether Night Owling is increasing the health and mental issues’.
Data Collection:
Night owling has affected people’s physical health.
Night owling has reduced people’s effective time utilization.
Night owling has increased people’s dark circles.
Night owling has decreased people’s focus.
Night owling has broken people’s sleep cycle, essential for people’s day to day activities.
The data has been collected from the students of ITM Business School via ‘Convenience Sampling’.

From the survey we came to the conclusion that today people are facing the dis-advantages of the ‘Night Owling’. Their eye sights are weakening, memory power issues, dark circles are just to name a few.
