The Desi Hip-Hop (DHH) industry has rapidly evolved into one of the most influential music movements in India, where artist performance is closely followed by fans and critics. Evaluating the ratings of DHH rappers helps in understanding their consistency, lyrical strength, and overall impact. Beyond musical success, an artist’s popularity is also influenced by brand image, audience engagement, and consistency. This study examines the perceived performance of major DHH rappers as rated by listeners and followers.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Comparative Methodology and Statistical Modeling<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Recent research emphasizes the use of statistical tools to compare performance across different entities. Instead of relying solely on popularity or streaming numbers, advanced statistical techniques like ANOVA help in identifying whether differences in ratings are significant. It is often observed that some artists maintain stable ratings, while others show higher variability, making ANOVA a suitable method for comparison.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The data for this study was collected using primary research methods via a structured survey distributed through Google Forms. A total of 30 responses were recorded. Participants were asked to rate the rappers\u2014Raftaar, Kr$na, Divine, and Emiway Bantai\u2014on a scale of 1 to 10 based on their overall performance, popularity, and consistency, and a One-Way ANOVA was calculated on the compiled data.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
