Statistical tools like ANOVA help in analyzing whether differences in ratings across these factors are significant. This study\u00a0<\/span><\/span>applies<\/span><\/span>\u00a0ANOVA to evaluate customer preferences.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

To examine whether there is a significant difference in customer ratings across\u00a0<\/span><\/span>different factors<\/span><\/span>\u00a0using ANOVA.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Literature Review:<\/span><\/p>\n

According to Ronald A. Fisher (1925), ANOVA helps in comparing multiple groups simultaneously and is widely used in business research to test the significance of differences among variables.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Studies in marketing research\u00a0<\/span><\/span>indicate<\/span><\/span>\u00a0that customer satisfaction is affected by factors such as ambience, pricing, and quality, and statistical tools are useful in\u00a0<\/span><\/span>identifying<\/span><\/span>\u00a0whether these factors significantly influence customer\u00a0<\/span><\/span>perceptions<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
