Introduction-<\/span><\/b>\u00a0Many people used mobile phones for long hours every day. This study looked at people\u2019s experiences of using mobile phones too much and how it affected their daily life.<\/span><\/p>\n

Objective- <\/span><\/b>To examine the <\/span>mobile phone usage habits<\/span>\u00a0of individuals in their daily routine.To identify behavioural patterns such as <\/span>losing track of time while using mobile phones<\/span>.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Literature Review-<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>According to a study by Liu et al. (2026), procrastination is greatly influenced by mobile phone addiction. The detrimental impacts of cell phone addiction on academic behaviour might be lessened by a good parent-child bond. <\/span><\/p>\n

The study by <\/span>Yu et al. (2026)<\/span>\u00a0that mobile phone addiction contributes to sleep delay among adolescents, with physical exercise influencing this relationship. Future research should include larger samples and additional factors.<\/span><\/p>\n

Data Collection-<\/span><\/b>\u00a0For our problem we have chosen the topic as \u201cMOBILE ADDICTION\u201d. We have framed 5 questions to be asked on Likert scale. Google form was framed with linear option. 1 as strongly disagree and 5 as strongly agree for each que<\/span>stion<\/span>. The google form was personally shared with our classmates, colleagues, family, friends and relatives in confidence after surveying 100 persons\/ people, responses were downloaded in excel sheet. For each question Mean, Standard Deviation (SD), Standard Error (SE) and Z (T Stat) were calculated. The Questions\/ Statement are as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n
