1. Introduction<\/span><\/h1>\n

Practical exposure is an important part of MBA education because it helps students understand how business concepts work in real situations. However, many MBA programs focus more on theoretical learning and provide limited practical experience. Due to this, students may find it difficult to apply their knowledge in the workplace. Practical activities such as internships, live projects, case studies, and practical assignments help students build confidence and develop important skills. Therefore, it is important to understand whether MBA students feel that they receive enough practical exposure during their course.<\/p>\n

To understand the issue of lack of practical exposure in MBA education and its impact on students\u2019 learning, confidence, and productivity.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Literature Review<\/span><\/h1>\n

\u00a0Importance of Experiential Learning<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Research shows that experiential learning plays a key role in management education. Practical activities such as case studies, simulations, and internships help students connect theory with real business situations. These experiences improve students’ problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills (David A. Kolb, 2015<\/b>).<\/span><\/p>\n

Studies also show that practical exposure helps students develop professional skills such as communication, teamwork, and leadership. A google form was prepared and our friends from KBS were requested to fill the form which had linear scale 1 for strongly disagree and 5 for strongly agree. The data was downloaded in excel sheet. 100 persons where survey for every question Mean, Standard Deviation (SD), Standard Error (SE) and T-stat or (Z) were calculated.<\/span><\/p>\n

The standard deviation values show moderate variation in responses. The Z-values are higher than the critical value of 1.96, indicating that the results are statistically significant.<\/p>\n

6. Conclusion<\/span><\/h1>\n

The study shows that MBA students believe practical learning is very important in their education. Most students feel that practical assignments, projects, and real-world activities help them gain better understanding and confidence. The results also indicate that students want more practical knowledge in each subject. Therefore, MBA programs should include more practical activities such as internships, live projects, and workshops to improve students\u2019 skills and learning experience.<\/p>\n
