Introduction<\/span><\/p>\n

Time management isn\u2019t just about ticking tasks off a list\u2014it\u2019s about making life feel less rushed and more meaningful. When we plan ahead, we give ourselves the gift of calm and clarity instead of stress. Choosing what truly matters helps us spend time on things that bring real value. By cutting out distractions, we stay focused and feel proud of what we accomplish. In the end, good time management isn\u2019t about doing more, but about creating balance between work, rest, and the moments that make us happy.<\/p>\n

Objectives : To understand underline phenomenon of time management in daily life<\/p>\n

Literature Review<\/p>\n

1) \u00a0<\/span>Quality time management is an imperative tool that leads to greater academic performance and reduces depression, anxiety and stress among students. However, most college students seemed to face difficulties in balancing their academic and social life. The rationale of this inquiry was to examine the influence of time management practices on students\u2019 academic achievement in the Colleges of Education (CoE) in Ghana and as well to explore the moderating role of gender in this relationship .(Agormedah, E. K., Britwum, F., Amoah, S. O., Acheampong, H. Y., Adjei, E., & Nyamekye, F. (2021))<\/p>\n

2) <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Effective\u00a0time\u00a0management\u00a0is associated with greater academic performance and lower levels of anxiety in students; however many students find it hard to find a balance between their studies and their day-to-day lives. This article examines the self-reported\u00a0time\u00a0management\u00a0behaviors of undergraduate engineering students using the\u00a0Time\u00a0Management\u00a0Behavior Scale. Correlation analysis, regression analysis, and model reduction are used to attempt to determine which aspects of\u00a0time\u00a0management\u00a0the students practiced, which\u00a0time\u00a0management\u00a0behaviors were more strongly associated with higher grades within the program, and whether or not those students who self-identified with specific\u00a0time\u00a0management\u00a0behaviors achieved better grades in the program.(<\/span> Adams, R. A google form was prepared and our friends from Kohinoor Business School ,Vidyavihar West ,Mumbai where requested to fill the form which had likert\u2019s scale 1 for strongly disagree and 5 for strongly agree . The data was downloaded in excel sheet 100 person\u2019s where surveyed for every question mean ,Standard Deviation , Standard Error, T Stat was calculated.<\/span><\/p>\n
