The current pace of social change, technological development, academic demands, competitive work environments, and economic instability have\u00a0<\/span>greatly contributed<\/span>\u00a0to the growing mental health issues in all sections of society. Recent studies have\u00a0<\/span>emerged<\/span>\u00a0to show that mental health is not merely an outcome of individual choices but is intricately linked to larger institutional, cultural, social, and economic systems. It is critical to\u00a0<\/span>comprehend<\/span>\u00a0the complex interlinkages between these factors to develop effective mental health policies and support systems. This literature review compiles studies from various parts of the world investigating mental health issues in educational settings, work environments, economic stability, community engagement, digital platforms, healthcare innovation, and public awareness campaigns. These studies, taken together, offer a holistic perspective on the role of environmental and structural factors in influencing mental health and the development of supportive ecosystems that can enhance psychological resilience.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Educational Systems, Academic Pressure, and Student Mental Health<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The reviewed studies\u00a0<\/span>demonstrate<\/span>\u00a0that mental health is influenced by interconnected factors including education systems, financial stability, workplace environments, technological developments, cultural contexts, healthcare innovation, and societal awareness. Academic stress, financial insecurity, workplace stigma, and digital discrimination can negatively affect psychological well-being, while supportive institutions, community engagement, improved healthcare systems, and awareness initiatives strengthen resilience.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Achieving long-term improvements in mental health requires integrated strategies combining educational reform, inclusive workplaces, economic stability, technological advancement, and public awareness programs. Future research should continue adopting interdisciplinary approaches to develop stronger global mental health support systems.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
