Presentations, group discussions, seminars, and interviews form a core part of academic and professional evaluation. However, many individuals experience intense fear and anxiety while speaking in front of an audience, a condition commonly referred to as <b>Glossophobia<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif\">Glossophobia can negatively impact students\u2019 academic performance, self-confidence, and career growth. Symptoms may include nervousness, increased heart rate, fear of judgment, and avoidance of speaking situations.
