1.Introduction \u2013<\/span><\/u><\/b><\/p>\n

Time management is a critical skill for college students as they balance academics, extracurricular activities, part-time work, and personal life. Many students struggle to plan their schedules effectively, leading to stress and reduced academic performance. Poor time management can result in procrastination, missed deadlines, and inadequate preparation for exams. Understanding the time management challenges faced by college students helps identify the factors affecting their productivity. This study focuses on analyzing common time management issues among college students and their impact on daily routines and academic outcomes.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.Objective \u2013 <\/span><\/u><\/b><\/p>\n

To understand the underlying the phenomena of Time management challenges among college students.<\/span><\/p>\n

3.Literature Review \u2013<\/span><\/u><\/b><\/p>\n

Britton and Tesser (1991) found that college students with effective time management and planning skills achieved higher academic performance, while poor scheduling and procrastination negatively affected grades and increased stress levels.<\/span><\/p>\n

Aeon and Angina’s (2017) reported that inadequate time management among college students is closely associated with anxiety, academic pressure, and burnout, emphasizing the importance of developing structured time management strategies.<\/span><\/p>\n

4.Data Collection \u2013 <\/span><\/u><\/b><\/p>\n

To understand the underlying phenomena Time management challenges among college students 5 questions was formed that are: –<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span>I struggle to manage my time effectively between classes, assignments, and personal activities.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span>I often postpone academic tasks even when I know they are important.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span>I find it difficult to balance my academic responsibilities with extracurricular or social activities.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span>I feel stressed because I do not have enough time to complete my academic work.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span>I believe poor time management negatively affects my academic performance.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Student of ITM college were survey by google form which was framed on linear scale 102 students was surveyed for each question Mean, SD, SE and T-Stats was calculated.<\/span><\/p>\n
